Sometimes I read these and laugh.
Sometimes I read these and just feel so sorry for them.

They need help and either don't know how to ask for it, or just haven't realised they need help yet.

But they know they need help and are actively searching for it. The problem is they are hoping for easy magic fixes. Anything to do with accountability or responsibility is too much effort and immediately ignored. So in their head, they're looking. But advice to drop the sovcit shit and own their mistakes is met with similar disdain as the local "shaman" offering to heal you with crystals and essential oils.
