Yep. Hopefully their Win95 machines are very well protected from the rest of the network. Seems a little doubtful though.
Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 machines won't be able to run any modern browsers or JavaScript, so that may protect them somewhat. I don't know if you can even run any modern antivirus/endpoint security software, or a software firewall, on Windows 95.
