Honestly? A really good therapist, reading some very interesting books, and prioritising building a community & finding my people.

Thanks for the podcast rec! I cued it to listen to tomorrow. I've been through some really great therapy, and definitely have an easier time not procrastinating when I'm doing well. You gave me lots to think about, thank you.
