Huh? Butterflies pop up in the spring and will stick around until fall. Where did you see that they are only (or primarily) around in October to November? That seems really late, I don't think butterflies can survive frost.
My bad I read wrong it ENDS October to November. But my point of it being summer remains. Butterfly don't enjoy the heat of the summer
Interesting, so why is the Big Butterfly Count 2024 main event between 12th July and 4th August.
You'd have to ask whoever is running that show
