This message is a call to violence
It is anti-violence. It says there should be accountability for killers. Doing nothing is complicit in the violence "killing the world." The action taken is not specified. It is not the same as something like "kill the killers" which was what was done at the Nuremberg Tribunal.
Yeah doxxing people is normally fine and non-violent /s
