This one's fine because she can just cut out the hand part he fixed and place it on the original picture.
Except the shadow of the now flat hair!
Only need the space between her fingers, you can avoid the shadow.

If they are asking for help with photo editing this simple what makes you think they can do that ;p
Because cropping part of an image and putting it over an almost identical image is really easy.
