Collard greens are the best greens!
I like this recipe, but I use bacon instead of turkey (though I'm sure a turkey leg would be fantastic too).
They really are. I throw them in soups all the time.
I don’t know where you’re from, but in my neck of the woods mustard greens would beg to differ.
