I bought a moto g84 10 days ago from harvey norman. Now they are selling the same phone for $298. Am i entitled to return the item and get a refund ? (aussie.zone)

Entitled? According to law? No. Bad luck, unless they advertised it to you in such a way that you had reason to believe there would be no sales.

But you might be able to get one from HN anyway, because companies can give returns above and beyond the Australian Consumer Law, if they want. Unfortunately HN's returns policy doesn't seem to include any refunds for change of mind or change in price. But you could always contact their customer service and ask.

Yes fuck Harvey Norman and especially Gerry. Just want these boomers like Murdoch, Gerry to die asap. These people and their family should deported from Australia for fucking every working class family in the ass.

In future, check OzBargain before buying electronics. There's been a bunch of deals on the G84 before the HN deal, and then you wouldn't have had to deal with them in the first place.

But agreed, not a good person or company.
