Nigel Farage is a racist cunt, and noticed that he gets free publicity when someone throws something at him.

So he staged this bit of theatre today because he's desperate for attention

The security guy didn't react in any way before or after, and gave the game away

The guy getting milkshaked is Nigel Farage, a right-wing politician and all-round cunt, best known for being the biggest Brexit cheerleader. This incident happened yesterday as he was launching his election campaign - the UK is having a general election next month.
