I guess googleads sucks even more than I thought

Love the app! Bought the adfree for reddit, plan on buying this one too once I move out of my car.

Just use one of the many open source Lemmy apps, such as Voyager or Jerboa. They don't have ads.

Yeah jerboa have a similar to boost UI too .

Or pay the app developer the ยฃ3.59 one time fee they are asking for for the hard work they've put into making the app good.

Why, when free and open source alternatives exist? I don't know about you, but I'd rather donate to something like Jerboa, than spend the same amount of money supporting proprietary software. Especially as Lemmy itself is an open source protocol.
