She sounds absolutely unhinged, going into someone's business just to pick a fight with them is straight up bullying behaviour.

Not sure I believe these store owners. Feels a bit like they’re just putting the boot in on a perceived enemy.

“Power imbalance”, lmao. She’s in your store, on your property, you can just trespass her if you want. What a joke.

The fact that she went into the store, and had to know this was at least a possibility, reflects badly on her in my view. Cycling past was always an option.
