Code Parade has a neat video on non-Euclidean spaces for those that want to learn more about them and see them in action.

He also made a game called 4D golf and Hyperbolica. I am not sure if they count as non-Euclidean but it feels similarly surreal. It's been a while since I really got into non-Euclidean geometry.

Im quite sure hyperbolica is specifically non-euclidean space game but 4-d golf is euclidean with an extra dimension

Also check out hyperrogue if you get the chance. It's a turn based top down game with a non-euclidean, procedural game board
