Hello everyone, I'm making a new thread because I could only find old information regarding this matter, OR information for those that want permanent work.

I want to intern in Denmark for less than 90 days during my university education. I hold citizenship from Brazil and the US so I'm a non-EU citizen. Will I need a visa, work permit, or residence permit for that? If yes, how does the process work? Does the company have to sponsor, apply for me, and pay the fees (which would make it nearly impossible to get hired in the first place), or would I be able to do everything by myself with an employment offer letter?

Kindest Regards!

You will probably need a residence and work permit. You can find information about residence and work permit in Denmark on the website www.newtodenmark.dk - the officiel site for information about and applying for a residence and work permit in Denmark.
