Whether it be electronics, automobiles or medical equipment, the manufacturers should not be able to horde “oem” parts, render your stuff useless if you repair it with aftermarket parts, or hide schematics of their products.

Try selling one as new and let me know how that goes.
This might be a shock to you, but they've made cars in 2023. They even make them in 2024. They're considered this strange thing called "new"
