We literally have this meme about how we wish our left-wing party was replaced by Dannish left-wing party.

It goes like this:

"Duńska lewica jest antyimigrancka i dzięki temu wygrała 3 wybory z rzędu cały czas ciesząc się ogromną popularnością i poparciem"

Would be weird to bring our king into a discussion of Danish politics. Not doing that is the standard in such cases.
