I can’t really say without detailed specifications or a recommended enclosure size and type (ported/sealed). If you can find the TS parameters for this woofer, I can model it for you.
The info on page 5 what you need?
Page 6 has recommended enclosures for it as well.
You would want the single coil version so that you can get 4 ohms. H7124S (https://www.amazon.com/CERWIN-VEGA-HED-200W-High-Energy-Subwoofer/dp/B071ZC4FQL/ref=sr_1_1)
I modeled the single coil version and this is the response you can expect: What you can get out of this graph is that you won't get much bass below 40Hz and a peak around 70Hz.
Sorry, confused as to why I'd want SVC over DVC when they are the same Ohm?
Because with 2x 4ohm voice coils you would either get 2ohm in parallel or 8ohm in series. Neither are ideal. With a single voice coil you get a single 4ohm input.
