Not sure if this is the right place to post this..

I ordered something from a trusted seller off of ebay in early February. The seller sent it using PostNord. I ordered from Denmark to Ontario.

I haven't gotten any updates since February 16th until yesterday, which said that my parcel failed to deliver and that i'd have to pick it up at a service point. I'm in Ontario, Canada and it says my parcel is ready for pickup in Fuglebjerg, Denmark (seller shipped from Denmark).

What's going on??? My delivery address and everything is correct so why is it telling me to pick it up on the other side of the world?
