Russia said on March 20 that U.S. spy satellites launched in collaboration with private companies such as SpaceX would be a “legitimate target for retaliatory measures, including military ones.”

Elon makes deal with Russia. Russia now knows where all of US Starlink satellites are.

Is that how it went?

The locations of satellites isn't secret. They're right there in the sky for anyone to see, all you really need is a good radar
