Basically:

This mod allows your inputs to register in between visual frames, which drastically increases input precision on low framerates like 60FPS.

There has been some debate as to whether or not this is cheating. The official demonlist has allowed it and a lot of skilled players are ok with it, while other people (including RobTop) say it is a cheat.

This took me a long time, 8 months and nearly 10000 attempts from zero, but I did it. I know this community is pretty dead but I do check up on it regularly to see if I need to do anything. If you want to hear more regularly from me here's my Mastodon, I tend to not post too much about Geometry Dash but I do post about it occasionally as well as other stuff.

As for other stuff I'm doing, I'm almost done with my next level and I'm trying to complete Night Rider. I just got 37-100 on Night Rider, which is a crazy run. As for my next level, all I have to complete is the backgrounds and air deco, then I'm done. What it's about will be a secret until its release, so stay tuned. I'll probably post about both of those when they are done.

I've been working on this level since the day after 2.2 released, and it is finally ready. I've waited 6 ½ years to be able to build a level with new features. I hope you enjoy it.

If the level is off sync for you, I am aware of this, and I hope that the bugfix update addresses this. The video is synced, but that's because I adjusted the sync to better fit my PC (where I recorded it).

First part was a tiny little bit inspired by killbot's last ufo, the rest is some ammalgamation of bad ideas from the past, alcohol and extensive nefs because I'm bad at this game

In the laser part I am (sometimes) getting a glitch where the Thorn stops attacking. He still follows his movement pattern but doesn't release attacks of any kind.

I haven't been able to replicate the issue, but of has something to do with jumping near the edges and the laser buthing a fireball as it comes at you.

I think I did well for how quickly I created this level. Since 2.2 is potentially coming out soon, and I might not get another burst of motivation for a while, this will probably be my last 2.1 level.

I'm not surprised tbh

This came after a 250 attempt session where my previous best was 38%. There really is only 1 difficult part after 50%, though, so hopefully I'll be able to get through it to complete a new hardest.

Theory: October 22nd is in exactly 5 weeks, the most likely release date for October 2023. In the 10th anniversary video the "days since 2.1" glitches out at 2470 days, which is (16.01.2017 + 2470 days = 22.10.2023). 22 / 10 = 2.2 and GD started in 1.0 (10 without dot).
