I feel like he's so underrated.

People keep say I'm coping but he's so good. I got him on counter/imm set. 22k hp, 1.4k def, 180 speed, 40 eff. With leftover gears, at 380ish gs. And he works pretty good with elbris. It's really cool when he counter and goes s1-s3. He hurts a lot.

And he works really good in pve too, doing episode 5 with him and don't get me to start on expos.

I'll have to grind for better gears, I'll aim for 420+ gs.

Seems like they're not planning to switch over to fediverse unfortunately...

25/04/2027. 5 AM. Rise and grind.

I wake up to the sound of my alarm clock. Time to play Epic Seven, the greatest gacha of all time.

First thing on the menu: GVG. I finally have my missing imprint on ML Yufine, so i can finally get to play this mode properly since you need her to fight a fort or a stronghold. Not because she's meta, but because the mode isn't available if she's not A imprint for lore reasons: she needs to be strong enough to fly you to the towers according to Smilegate execs. Poeple didn't like that when they implemented it, but those guys were crybabies complaining for nothing. Just get the character or play another mode, you don't need mystics to enjoy the game. They even got 300 K gold and a 3 star ticket as compensation.

Classic defense on the enemy fort: ML² Belian (which i pulled with super-duper mystic medals last week), Earth tenebria and ML Sol Badguy. This guy also has the wyvern 13 as a 4th character, since he paid for the epic GVG starter pack (it was released during the Go-F*ck-yourself winter event in december). I miserably lose after the wyvern duals 6 times in 5 attacks, but that's on me. Classic GVG amirite? It's just a small advantage for him, and it's normal that you get that if you pay enough.

Then, i do few hunts on Banshee 55 which i can now clear 2 out of 30 runs, a decent success rate for the F2P that i am. I'll catch up to the whales eventually once they run the ML baiken banner again so i can grab the SSS imprint that makes the boss pass their turn instead of one shotting your team. I get into RTA tab to play a few games and relax.

The draft begins. They pick Summer Child Zio, a light unit with a self speed imprint. As this man has a legend frame, i expect his to be imprinted to ZZZ (a rating they added for poeple who pulled at least 20 copies of a character with paid skystones) for a total of 152 extra speed. But no matter, i can power through with skill and a smart draft.

I try to pick a turn 2 comp, and ban his last pick. The match begins with his Light Zio taking the turn as expected. I manage to survive the initial onslaught by a hair, and it's now my turn to strike back.

As i press S3 on my BBK and watch his entire team get chunked down to 1 HP, i know victory is close. Suddenly, the screen flashes. The opponent's ML ML ML Amid's passive got triggered by him being about to lose: if he buys a Natalon Legacy pack (that gives you the chance to pull a pre-nerf Hwa with 5 torrent sets added to her stats) for the small price of 55 dollars per pull, he rolls a D20.

He obliges.

The dice animation plays on screen. He gets a max roll. My face turns white.

"You lost! Critical succes for the opponent! Your account will therefore be suspended indefinitely. Please purchase the "Forgive and Forget" pack on the Smilegate shop to continue playing".

I chose to play on the chinese server after all, these things tend to happen. All i have to do is restart an account and maybe this time i'll get a Silver frame.

Tears flow to my eyes as i force myself to uphold a smile.

After an extremely close finale, and very close matches all through the final part of the tournament, Last Rider Krau ended up defeating Zahhak, becoming the top husbando of 2023. Let's have a round of applause for him. The final battle was with an 88-80 score, both the contestants were amazing, but only one could raise to the top.

We've arrived at the last match of the contest, the two husbando with the most votes up to now finally face of in the climatic ending of this tournament.

In the blue corner we have Zahhak, the guy who brought a sword to a gun fight and yet still managed to win, even in a pinch.

In the red corner we have Last Rider Krau, the last one of the riders, using it's trusted Ziegfried to move from one place to another, leavings others invested. He's just had an identity crisis with himself seeing a powerful knight with his same face, but he survived.

Who is going to obtain the crown as the Husbando of the year? Let's find out

There was a murder! The handsome doctor was shot to dead, we could 63 bullet holes in his body. Zahhak beat Violet, I mean, is it that big of a surprise? Krau slayed Mort, now this is more surprising. And finally, LRK's Ziegfried runs over another person, he just can't be stopped.

Last round, LRK ran over a bunny on the road while he was riding Ziegfried over the speed limit, he stopped to give the rabbit a worthy burial. Ras tried fending off the other Kayron's attacks, but he ended up being taken down by a giant hand.

So, we have Kayron vs Krau, can Kayron counter and deal enough damage to beat him? Krau has the high element in the battle. And then we have Ras's two boyfriends fighting, they got in a fight when Ras accidentaly looked at Mort's abs, making Vildred get jealous and attack the dragon lord.

How dare that beautiful rider man kill the Ras with the cape. Adventurer Ras vs the Darkest Vildred of them all was closer than expected, but in the end the hero wins. Not in Kawerick's case though as he loses.

So in the end, Vildred won against the cooler Vildred. And Mort showed us how his abs were superior to Ran's, he hopes to keep going forward to meet Ras in a later game. Speaking of Ras, we've got 2 in this next round and it looks like there are some tough choices already.

Zahhak, Riolet and Ran, you guys are damn murderers. Poor Straze had a hard time hitting Violet as he kept dodging while those just got it done quickly and went to a café.

So, the previous round was very close. Violet vs Mediator Kawerik was very close, but Violet dodged and counterattacked to win. But... Mediator Kawerik vs Pavel ended in tie, for the first time in both this and the waifu one there was a tie. Mediator was moved to the next round, but I'm not sure myself why he was chosen, I'll ask the developer...

And even though this tie, Commander Panel vs Watcher Shuri was the most merciless round ever, the difference in votes is insane.
