Edit#3: Yuzu and Citra have now been removed from the Flathub website, but are however still available via their flatpak commands:

flatpak install flathub org.yuzu_emu.yuzu

flatpak install flathub org.citra_emu.citra

For more context, A Flathub admin responded to someone on the Flathub Matrix channel saying that Yuzu won't be removed from Flathub completely until they "understand legal implications better"

God I hope this isn't a stupid question to ask but how exactly do I send out cash? Do i need to add a return address and won't that defeat the purpose? I really just want to try the service for 2-3 months after that I'll probably switch over to the amazon vouchers since I don't want to deal with monero. I think I sent out an actual physical letter maybe twice in my life and all the research I done was for sending it out internationally ~~even though there's a us based address AFAIK~~ so I'm really a noob here and I appreciate any help you can provide.

Yuzu is being ordered to pay 2.4 million dollars and all things related to the project must shut down. Nintendo got a settlement and a permanent injunction :(.

No idea about the size of the missing information, so the real value should be much higher.

Hi everyone, I remember I came across an extension from a mega thread I think, I think it was a Russian extension or something, basically it would translate(to English) and then talk in English online videos (eg twitch, YouTube). I lost the extension name. Anyone know what I'm talking about please?

I've been less active in torrents etc for a the last couple years so I think I'm probably out of the loop on this tbh.

I have a couple of TV series/versions of series I'd like to share occasionally but it seems so few of the public torrent sites accept submissions (or require you to be a big name or upload a certain quota per month etc), I'm not sure where to post the torrents. In the past I had anonymously uploaded at TPB but that doesn't seem to be a thing anymore.

Any advice/suggestions?

I need some help with Handbrake and HDR not encoding on AV1 SVT, 10bit and NVEnc. I haven't been able to find an appropriate instance to ask about it so I figured my pirate buddies might be able to help me find a place.

My current tv is so old that the netlfix app isn't supported anymore. From an usb stick it can only play h.264 videos so I always have to run them through hand brake first. That is why I want to buy an streaming box. Preferably under 50€

Alternatively if someone knows about a blu ray player under 100€ which can do all of the above plus play blu ray dvds please recommend me one :)

New documents filed Monday, February 26 reveal that videogame giant Nintendo is taking action against the creators of the popular emulator tool Yuzu.

The copyright infringement filing, from Nintendo of America, states that the Yuzu tool (from developer Tropic Haze LLC) illegally circumvents the software encryption and copyright protection systems of Nintendo Switch titles, and thus facilitates piracy and infringes copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Nintendo alleges that Tropic Haze's free Yuzu emulator tool unlawfully allows pirated Switch games to be played on PCs and other devices, bypassing Nintendo's protection measures.

The official Yuzu website suggests that the tool is to be used with software you yourself own: "You are legally required to dump your games from your Nintendo Switch" — but it's common knowledge, that this is not how these tools are primarily used.
