In the typical New Zealand Southland landscape of windswept trees at Slope Point, Jacob takes flight. The strong wind carries not just leaves but also countless sheep into the sky. Meanwhile, indoors, a girl cozies up with her faithful companion dog, Loub. She gazes out the window at Jacob, marveling at his seemingly carefree and magical existence. Little does she know, Jacob struggles against the powerful gusts, desperately clutching his umbrella to avoid being swept away. As he catches sight of the girl and her warm indoor haven, a pang of jealousy courses through him.
