  2. my Pulse runs at ~3GHz when playing Dying Light 2 (1080p FSR2 Quality + Raytracing)
  3. why does nobody talk about FSR2.1 looking better with RDNA3 than before? (had RX580 4G before)
  4. dont mind my old R7 2700X with disabled PBO - my 5800X3D arrived today so i updated BIOS beforehand

It may look 'better' because of It working at higher FPS.

higher fps does nothing for visual clarity

The more frames you have the clearer picture is in motion.

fsr works temporally so the more frames you have the more information its works with to resolve the image and get better results

Is there a way to say it looks better just because of the higher FPS or just outright looks better because the higher FPS gives more information?

Also, how does this translates to if using locked FPS? less info to process?

Sort of. It's more like you're less likely to see the issues because each frame is on screen less time. It isn't getting any more temporal information than at least fps. So "sorta"
