This was embarrassing to watch honestly. The Brazilian game plan was to sprint at the Argentinians without proper passing and occasionally throw a diagonal cross to Rafinha or hand Emilio some air balls to play catch.

people are really going to blame the loss on the ref? Brazil was not able to do sht all the match, aside from some individual plays. Now act as if it was a robbery, even if the red card came after the 80th min when argentina was already winning.

Joga bonito... more like joga finito this brazilian team is hard to watch

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Messi was not playing to acore goal because he know the Brazilian were looking for chance to break or injured him hard.

Genuinely couldn't be more proud of this team. Between what happened with the police brutality and the players jumping in to defend the fans, to ACTUALLY WINNING THE MATCH. I'm unbelievably proud right now.

I didnt see the second half. I thought Brazil was better than Argentina first 1st half. Was the second half that bad or are people dramatic?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

i love seeing brazilians cry at the maracaná

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

That was a complete mess from start to finish

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Nice showcase of conmebol football to the world

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Argentina were incredibly negative, felt like I was watching prime Atleti.

Somehow Argentina ended the game on 0 yellows. Ref just let them waste time all game long, and predictably blew his whistle at 96:00 exactly.

Hermoso que festejen con los hinchas ¡VAMOS ARGENTINA CARAJO!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

This is what happens when you don't bring Anvisa to the game.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Ref made some nice $$$ tonight

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Truth needs to be said. Argentinas defense are hard carrying through the qualifiers. 2 goals conceded is a pretty good stat

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

How was martenili in this game?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Ref killed the match, unfortunate.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Que lindo romperles el invicto, y que se escuchaban mas a los hinchas argentos que a ellos en el maracanaaaaa

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Score goal

Don't concede

Lionel Scaloni, you've done it again!

PD: Que fecha FIFA más rara que solo jugamos una vez 😀

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

I want Diniz to be good but I just don't think he's up to being Brazil manager

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Next time try beating your own players, maybe they'll become better at football

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Only thing I got out of this match is that our results werent a fluke and we are by far the best team in south america right now

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

This is for history

You will have to remember this game forever Brazil, Otamendi 🔥

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

What is your opinion on Brazil's coach?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago
[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

What a shit match and the ref only made it worse

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

As a neutral.. only 6 extra minutes is insane

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Least aggressive CONMEBOL match

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

That was the most South American football match I've seen in the past month

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

FUCK

FERNANDO

DINIZ

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

De Paul should get man of the match for taking a dive to draw that red card. Ended the match.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

So it happened. Brazil lost first home WCQ. 22 man walked in 21 came back.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Argentina owns Brazil

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Man Raphinha, Richarlison and Antony has to be the most underwhelming Brazilian winger trio ever. Neymar and Vini sorely missed.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

como se nota que no le gusta salir a endrick que ni salio a jugar

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Brazil 2 points from elimination spots. Unbelievable

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

That was ugly but this Brazil team sucks

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

If the CBF president has ANY decency (he doesn't) he needs to resign tomorrow

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Terrible game from the official, both teams were absent tonight because of his antics

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Muchachos nation stand up

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Now we know why they deploy their cowardly police before every game. Trash team

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Es para vos policía hija de puta de Río!!, chupenla corruptos de mierda!!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

OTAMENDI GAVE US AN HISTORIC WIN I CANT BELIEVE MY EYES

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Brazil are such a boring soulless team without Neymar

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Hundreds of years of history and an Argentine who's nice is yet to be born. Horrible refereeing, De Paul and Lo Celso being simply unbearable, someone invented in 2022 that Dibu Martinez was a good goalkeeper when he is ordinary and unbearable and Messi being a coward against Brazil as he has been throughout his career (0 G/A against Brazil).

Fuck you, Diniz, and if I see any Argentinians complaining I'd just like to remind you that your salary doesn't buy a Coca-Cola in Brazil.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Players like De Paul are a shit stain on the game.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Not even related to this thread, but it still blows my mind Endrick is just 4 months older then a wii console, and I remember buying that console the 1st week it came out

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

This was a horrible game to watch and honestly it felt like I wasted my time watching this match. I can't believe how bad Brazil are without Neymar. The referee was garbage today and had no control in this game.
