Definitely feels an upgrade from FM22 to me. To be fair, I don't know how much of that is FM23 changes. The graphics look very nice as well.

Word is the next away kit gonna be yellow and blue, and the third kit gonna be purple and black. Idk how reliable the source (@EastStandBen on Twitter) is but he says that it's a thing released to gold members by Arsenal if someone wants to check that lol

That's the way it should be. Adidas was a little adventurous this season and ruined the away kit. Also, in my opinion, the home kit was not up to par. The collar ruins the jersey for me. It looks pajama like.
