Please elaborate, from everything I can tell Pi is a non malicious scam... except for a good friend with no reason to lie says at one point was invited to sell coins.

Normally, exchanges that support a given currency are listed on CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko under "markets" on the page for that currency.
