Maangchi is awesome! Her recipes are the best I've seen and closest to what I grew up eating in a Korean home.
Oh man, I can't wait til my cucumber plants are ready to harvest. Will be my first time making this myself.
Heck yeah! Post pics when you do! Need to try growing some stuff inside this winter.
