Outrageous they would restart any race, let alone a junior race in those conditions, especially at a track with history like Spa. Somebody has to be held accountable.

Really surprised there wasn't a flag after the first car went off, and then that happens. I winced seeing that.
And ofcourse it happened in spa...a joke that nothing more is being done to improve the safety at spa RIP
