lighter AND smaller please!

I understand the cars need to meet safety requirements

but even reducing the physical size of the cars by 10% would allow more battles/overtaking opportunities, especially on tight street circuits which seem to be all the rage these days

Yeah, can't understand that one: build larger cars and then add half a dozen street circuits.

Despite a size reduction of the cars, I cannot imagine how to save a significant amount of weight. The biggest weight contributors besides the chassis are engine and battery, right?

I am so scared of the 26 rules. It feels they are trying the impossible. You can't fit 100kg more of battery on a car reduce the engine power reduced the engine weight and think it will somehow magically work out
