I would love another season of scrubs!
I know the last season (med school) was wildly unpopular, but i actually started warming up to it near the end. I feel like another season would have actually been pretty good
Altered Carbon! season 2 was left open ended because it was supposed to get a 3rd season.

Taboo. Tom Hardy is too busy with other things though. The Nevers. Black Summer.
NBC's Revolution. I mean we got a comic adaption to wrap up the series, but a third season would be interesting.

Ash vs the evil dead I really liked this show but it got cut off at the end sadly, it was cheesy but fun to watch
The Last Man on Earth
Sorry is clichΓ© but warrior nun was good and still had story to tell. One.of the reason I cancelled.netflix. I enjoyed Lockwood and co, but knew it would get canned so treated it as limited story and didn't get invested in the cliffhanger or charecters

The ending sounded so cool. Someone was supposed to walk up to Earl and right a wrong they did to him. It's then Earl finds out he sparked a movement of people going through their lists and making things right for the people in their lists
That was going to be my second answer. I LOVED that show and that really was bullshit. I'm gonna be thinking about that last episode til I die
Star Trek: TOS
Stargate Universe! The way it ended was so unfair and yet the perfect setup for something new. Thereβs been rumors brewing for years and years at this point but nothing concrete has happened yet.
I started SG1 again a few weeks back and stumbled on the information that they're working on a stargate reboot. It's probably paused atm because of the strike. But I have hope.
Salvation (2017-2018)
It wasn't a great series or anything but (spoilers) -

the asteroid threat turned out to be an alien spaceship
and HOW COULD YOU JUST LEAVE THAT CLIFFHANGER UNRESOLVED
Quite possibly the dumbest ending to an already pretty dumb series.
Sense8 for sure, that show was awesome but Netflix pulled the plug because apparently it was way too expensive to film.
Would have been great to see some more Chappelle Show back in the day. Nearly every episode is quality, quotable material. Shame it abruptly ended after the whole contract void thing.
The Tick. Any iteration really, but cartoon or Amazon version over the Fox live action.
Metalocalypse.
Adult swim deserves to burn in a fiery hell for cancelling that show, really wtf
