He’s clearly a white supremacist misogynist [techno]-eugenics fan buying an entire country to put it on the offensive to fight China for minerals.

And whacked out on substances and is probably testing a neural implant for the military and mining slaves who survive the new Nazi Russia pact.

In my humble opinion. Sometimes. Sometimes maybe he’s chasing a trillion. Maybe he’s mad about Mars. Not brave enough to make a dome yet.
