I'm not even sure it's the first in London after a quick search.
Eleven Madison Park called, they want their 3 Michelin Stars back.

I bet the menu is normal and not trying to make vegetables and other vegan ingredients taste like meat.
I mean you won't get a Michelin star by being normal and the dishes look very involved. but yes I doubt any of the dishes there are imitating meat.

I get what you mean but your argument doesn't really hold up. Pictured in the thumbnail is their take on "lasagna". Also no one cooks a bean burger expecting it to taste like meat. Nor do bean burgers ever really get any flak compared to BS like plant based meat, they're actually quite tasty when done right.
Overall I understand what you're trying to say but basically every high end restaurant adopts such principles.

I'm more of a lentil burger person myself, though.
