It's recommended starting year 2 of hrt, but not recommended in the first year, from what I understand.

Been taking Fin for a little over 2 years now, I would say it's not HRT on its own, especially when its main/original use is to stop/prevent an enlarging prostate in your later years. It also only targets DHT and not your regular T; when I had my levels checked last year, my T was very much still in the cis man range while my DHT was in cis woman range.

It can definitely be used as part of a HRT routine. If I were the artist, I woulda put "spironolactone" or "cyproterone" though, but I'm a talentless hack so this is the meme we got.
