  In Marana, the town council wants to revise it's zoning rules to force all data centers to be subject to an actual rezoning. Plus, the Pima Supes look at appointing a new constable, more PACC funding, and inmate health care, while Rio Nuevo checks out plans for yet another Downtown concert spot.
