Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

MODERATORS
Spite, mostly.
- 6c water, 6Tbsp sugar, 120ml oil, 6tsp salt, yeast, 12-14c bread flour.
- Mix sugar, water, yeast until bubbly, let sit, add oil, flour, and mix until it comes together mostly.
- Add salt, knead it in, and keep kneading until tacky, or maybe a little stickier.
- Cover with damp cloth, let rest 2-3hrs, punch down, repeat.
- Pan out in 6 loaves, rest 1-2hrs, cook in 2 batches at 400F for 35-40 minutes, or until crispy golden brown.
- Enjoyed best while fresh.
