Not really at all! I think generally it's like once a month now. It's been 37 days since the last one in this case.

Weird. I wouldn't expect it to happen ever. Not a bad idea to keep people watching the store tho.

This one and a similar deal for gems occur fairly regularly. It really is just a way to entice people into the store, but I'm not gonna say no to free stuff.
