And it took around an hour, the fastest I've gone from blank canvas to completed piece in probably ever. Needless to say it's very messy when you look beyond the surface level, but I think it works even though going against typical advice.

But that's the beautiful thing about art, isn't it? Art is forgiving, and it rewards experimentation.

Thank you! I hadn't seriously considered doing more with this style but perhaps I should offer commissions for it, it's a lot faster to work with than my usual style 🤔

I've always preferred sketchier, messier styles, they give an illusion of extra detail and often have a bit more character than art with smoother, cleaner lines and such
