  2. We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.

A polite request, not a rule, if you feel the need to report a comment, please don't reply to it.

A new mom died after giving birth at a Boston hospital. Was corporate greed to blame?

Spoiler: corporate greed was to blame. Private capitalist healthcare is a bad idea in theory -and in reality.

Edit: fun fact: the private equity firm that owns the hospital in this story is called Cerberus Capitol Management - named after the three headed hound that guards the gates of hell.

Is this post here because conservatives love seeing the disabled suffer?

It's here because Canada is the only country in the world with tax payer paid healthcare. Wait, what? Most countries in the world have tax payer paid healthcare? I meant in North America. Wait, what? Mexico has tax payer paid healthcare too?

Many countries have it, Canada is just the poster child for how bad it can be. The UK is also infamous for the NHS, but MAID is another level of fucked up.
