It’s actually a programming text editor theme for many many years

The original that has themes for almost any program you’d want to use it in is actually still Dracula. JetBrains official dark mode theme is Darcula though, and has spawned themes with the same name for Code and stuff.

All that aside, apparently the handle of the guy who developed this is darcula, but they are also a native Chinese speaker, so while I’m pretty sure they didn’t pick their handle from the theme, I still don’t know if it was a typo/mistranslation or a play on being a vampire that sells services on the darknet.
