We have a lot of them, they are all over Denmark.
Many are not on the map when you google glasmuseums, i know of 2 more in Nordjylland, but cant remember the names.

Velux has a really great museum, of course it's primarily about windows but you know what those are made out of

Definitely go to "Glas" in Ebeltoft. That is not far from Aarhus

Nice place, not too large. They even had a couple of glass blowers making a few things in a workshop.

Holmegaard museum in Næstved. I worked there and its exactly what you are requesting.
There are exhibitions of glass types and brands through the last century as well as an on site glass blowers. Also, they have exhibitions of glass art and clay art. Had a Pablo Picasso exhibition a couple of years back that got an international award. It’s a modern museum and I’d very much recommend it.
