Is it complicated to marry in denmark AS a foreign couple? (leddit.danmark.party)

Like the title siggests we want to get marries in denmark and we're looking through agencies that would cost us at least 300€ ON top of the marriage appliance Charge and we would Like the save Money If possible. Does anyone have expetience with getting marries in denmark and how complicated the paperwork can be and how Long the whole process would Take? Would it be worth it to Go with a company or should We Just do it ourselves? Thank you for every helpful answer :)

Why do you want to get married in Denmark?

A lot of foreigners that marry in Denmark has a danish spouse, but it doesn't sound like either one of you is from here. In which case, you probably have to fork out whatever is being asked.

Actually, a lot of people from Germany (and other places in Europe) goes to Denmark to get married with their non-EU spouse, because the paperwork is less complicated, we have en entire wedding industry based on just this.

The Danes will wed anyone, and it is easy, as long as they do not wish to live in Denmark - then we get bitchy about it.

We still don't get that bitchy about it compared to other countries. We are just will to completely disregard legal marriages if the appear pro forma in nature.

Denmark is one the easiest countries to get married in in the whole world. We will almost marry anyone with any other consenting person.
