Second: there's some really cheap land (like, dirt cheap) at the moment in the outskirts of Randers. It will most likely go up in price in a few years.

As you say there’s a million different options but the best advice is don’t invest in something you don’t understand.
I’ve seen a lot of crowd funding projects promising high yields that will never reach those.

Make an account on Nordnet, get an "aktiesparekonto" (lower taxes on sales), invest in QDVE, SPVIGAKL and/or IUSQ. They've been doing pretty well, and is very diverse. Just know that only SPVIGAKL pays dividends.
Also, set up a monthly savingsaccount on Nordnet and just follow their guide for when your aktiesparekonto is maxed out.
And never invest anything unless you can actually afford to lose it.

Short-term bonds are probably better than having them in your savings account. Else the normal index options if you have a longer time perspective.
