What are these cute lil dolphin nosed things? I'm not familiar with the model at all

I was told they are Microarmor but to be honest I have no idea, I bought them in a ziplock baggie at a swap meet.

Ah yes my favourite manufacturer, Ziploc. I have many of their models collected over the years.
