Out of all the questions I’ve needed answers to, maybe 10% were answered with SO. It’s not that great of a resource and most of it is outdated.

This. StackOverflow was great in the early days, when answers were fresh. Now? It's like so much of the Internet: outdated. Add to that all the students posting their homework problems, and wrong answers by wannabes, well...

I worry about a sort of idiocracy thing where we train the AIs on stackoverflow, stop using stack overflow and then find ourselves in a position where there's no stack overflow to train the AIs off haha.
