Liverpool and 4-3s against black and white sides

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

People crying about the 50/50 saying it’s a foul.

You don’t get free-kicks for falling to the ground.

I always believed in Endo.

I need a long lie down

ENDOOOOOOOOOOO

LEGENDOOOOOOOO

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Just fell to my knees in the middle of Aldi

Superb game, wish I remembered to go down to the pub for this one.

Bangers only. Atmosphere un-shitted itself near the end. Props to Fulham, they came to play. Willian especially still scares me to this day.

Onto the Blades. Mon the Reds!

GG, I didn't think we'd even have scored a single one, frustrating to lose in the last 10 minutes but gives me hope going forward for the rest of the season.

Kelly Kapour: this game is bananas. B A N A N A S

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Never in doubt....... *bites nails*

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

My stream stopped working in the 86th minute. Fucking fuck

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Most normal Liverpool game. How long is Allison out for? Cause them games are gonna be mighty interesting.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Could've been such a nice solid win if not for this sunday league performance from Kelleher.

Ridiculous comeback though, incredible.

BANGERS ONLY FC

"GERRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD"

- Trent's inner monologue as he scored the 4th

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

I love you, Endo

Jesse Pinkman scream: they can't keep getting away with this

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Football data analysts: shooting from outside the box is wasteful and sacrifices possession for low xG, so it is better to simply retain possession and build so you can create better chances

Liverpool's players, collectively: shut the fuck up nerds

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Plot Armour FC is back and I'm all here for it.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Clearly Wes Burns has inspired the lads

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Trent is a better forward than Diaz, and finishes better than Nunez. I can't see Liverpool winning anything major with this forward line.

The decision to take my cellphone with me to watch the final 20 mins as I take sh*t was a good one!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Can never turn the tv off with these guys

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

How was that not a foul for the fourth goal? He’s got nowhere near the ball.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Glad I decided to watch this game

UPLOAD IT TO PORNHUB

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Genuinely an all timer match, absolute classic

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Huh. I need a pair of those predators, Sunday league won't know what hit em

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Kelleher is shaky as hell man

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

I remember seeing a discussion here this week saying how modern football discourages player to shoot from outside the box and hence why we are not seeing bangers as much as we used to see in yesteryears. This match felt like a response from the Premier League.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Poor refereeing is ruining football. It should have more people protesting than the Super League

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

What a game, so end to end

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Now it's Sheffields turn to play like prime Barca for a game and then dip

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Liverpool truly are the comeback kings. They just never give up. Amazing.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

I love Caoimhin and rate him as a good keeper, but he is no Ali. I know that's obvious, but I mean it more in the way it shows just how good Ali is as a keeper. Need him back soon.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Surely Trent is a better midfield option than Jordan Henderson or Kalvin Phillips!

He's absolutely incredible.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Bangers and Smash for breakie boys.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Mentality monsters back this season

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Jurgy time > Fergie time?

Edit: Guess I gotta spell it out

Jurgy time: the last 5-10 minutes when trailing (and going on to win)

Fergie time: stoppage time

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

I wasn't able to watch but the scoreline suggests old school Liverpool under Klopp kind of match

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Only bangers, no mash.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Refs are taking the piss

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Absolute pain, played so well for 85 mins - the team was engaged from the start, plan was great to play more directly, Robinson was immense, great sub to bring Bobbo and Cairney on and thought we'd get away from it. Can't really complain about Pool 4 bangers really, played the right way and very hard team to play through, its just potential wins like that are what keep you going as a fan of a low/midtable side and having it ripped away is so much worse than just turning up and getting smacked 3-1.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

So so glad that this was televised in the UK and that people didn’t have to resort to illegal streaming for a Sunday afternoon kickoff!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

what a fucking game

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Would have bitten your hand off if you offered me a draw after 3-2 but wow, absolutely incredible scenes bravo Liverpool 👏

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

I can’t put that kind of pressure on Kelleher here, he’s not Alisson. Nunez on the other hand, mate, you gotta finish those off man. We can’t be bailed forever.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Not sure the foul by Tsimikas is that stonewall. Tsimikas has come in fast from a long way, but slows down, challenges for the ball at the same time, no push with the arms, no high elbow, it glances off Reid onto Tsimikas while still in the air and down to Trent.

Even if VAR has a look I don't think it's a clear and obvious error, as it's the kind of challenge you see around the rest of the pitch that sometimes gets called and sometimes doesn't.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

That goalkeeper was at fault for 3/4 goals Liverpool conceded (including the offside one). Truly PATHETIC performance.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

One of the games of the season. Not on TV.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Best game of the season
