2/ I guess I need to explain that I'm floored... because she was PROMPT. As she said she'd be.

But as others have pointed out, this is not on the merits. It's "without prejudice."

So... grain of salt, but still a good ruling.

The big news from this ruling, IMO, which is a point KFaulders
made earlier, is that Cannon is actually TALKING about juries. With her even that is a big step.

@[email protected] I was surprised by the actual pormptness, and I was feeling cautiously good about the ruling; and then I read Joyce Vance's newsletter this morning and realized it may all just be a set-up for Cannon to dismiss the case in such a way that it can't be appealed (double jeopardy), and now I'm having trouble not feeling hoplessness and dispair that Trump will ever be held to account. If this were Bloom County, I'd need a dandilion break! It all become so overwhelming!
