There's been video of this on the internet for a couple weeks now. Any of the vehemently pro-Israel lot want to explain how this isn't a war crime?

And I would like to note that claiming that the other side may have done the same thing does not al give you the right to do this. Also, he's been released by the Israelis, which mean that they see him as a civilian, which definitely makes this a war crime.
