These things get shared around with 'did they know' or 'how'd this make it past marketing' comments quite often so at best, we get free word of mouth, at worst we say 'we had no idea how this fell through and are reviewing our reviewing proccess.' Sounds believable enough. One alternative I also like is the design for this poster was thought up by someone higher up who thought it'd be cool if his head was sticking out of the V and the artist assigned to this poster had to just work off that idea
