Die neuen Gebühren für das Anwohnerparken in Köln im Überblick:

  • Wer ein kleineres Auto (bis zu 4,10 Meter Länge) fährt, zahlt künftig 100 Euro.
  • Der Ausweis für ein mittelgroßes Auto (zwischen 4,10 und 4,71 Meter lang) kostet 110 Euro.
  • Alle Kölner mit größeren Autos (über 4,71 Meter Länge) zahlen künftig 120 Euro.

12 qm (klassisches Kinderzimmer) beste Innenstadtlage für 120€ im Jahr oder 33ct am Tag.

Wie ist das, wenn jemand eine solche Parkberechtigung erwirbt, ein 12qm großes Zelt draufstellt und als Fahrradgarage benutzt?

@byteborg @Der_aus_Aux @voodoocode Siehe Par. 12 Abs. 2 StVO. Parken = Fahrzeug. Kein Fahrzeug -> unerlaubte Fremdnutzung -> Ärger.
