Not PL related directly, but the rules about handballs are really weird in CL. How do they give THAT as a penalty against Livramento. It came off his f***ing chest for God's sake. Feel really sorry for him. I just feel it's going to get even worse for defending teams once Wenger's new offside law comes into the picture.

At least that makes sense when the defender leaves their arm in such an exposed and forced position.
